Keep coolant moving between your engine and heater core with the SKP Heater Hose Connector, MPN SK800409. It is designed as a direct replacement for the existing connector on applications including the 1999-2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, the 1999-2014 GMC Sierra 1500, the 2002-2005 Ford Excursion and the 2003-2014 Cadillac Escalade ESV. It also fits many other Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Ford, Lincoln, Oldsmobile, Pontiac and Hummer vehicles. See the Buyer’s Guide tab for the full list and engine details.
This coolant connector works on the inlet/outlet side of the heater circuit and joins a 3/4 in. tube to a 5/8 in. hose. It is cataloged for the heater-to-engine and engine-to-heater positions. As an HVAC heater hose connector, it carries coolant between the engine and the heater core so the heater can work properly.
- Built to OE standards: Made to OE specifications for quality, a secure fit and proper function within the heater core system.
- Leak-free connection: Designed to give coolant a leak-free connection on its way to and from the heater core.
- Durable build: Made from materials intended to resist wear and tear for dependable service.

Signs this part may need replacing: coolant seeping or dripping at the heater hose connection, a cracked or broken connector, or reduced heat from the vents. If a failed connector is the cause, this SKP replacement is intended to restore proper coolant flow to the heater core.
