Heavy-Duty Bellhousing Mount Starters – Bert / Brinn Mount, Standard Rotation. Heavy-duty starter with a 3HP motor is designed to handle up to 16:1 compression engines. Use with Bert bellhousing (with idler gear).
Note: No warranty on broken housings. Warning: Due to the extreme torque this starter produces, damage may result to starter housing unless engine is turned (turning) over prior to turning ignition switch on. This is especially important on high compression engines. Attempting to start engine with ignition switch on will damage starter.
